This sister location to Phoenix on the Bay, located next door, is complete with all boating amenities one could want, as well as a great location on Terry Cove. The complex, built in 2007, features two-bedroom and three-bedroom units and each condo has a pair of bathrooms. There are 104 units in the eight-story building that range in size from about 1,300 to 2,400 square feet. Bathrooms off the master bedroom include a Whirlpool tub, a wet bar, and kitchens that may or may not have granite countertops, depending on renovations. Private, covered balconies look out onto Terry Cove and have a direct view of Perdido Pass. Each condo has a washer/dryer hookup and the complex includes full-time onsite staff, security, as well as wifi.

Phoenix on the Bay II features a nicely landscaped courtyard that includes a pool, lazy river, kiddie pool with a slide, barbecue area, and picnic areas. Boat slips are available, a “Bell Tower” looks onto Terry Cove, a marina is available, and there is a small beach area. Other amenities include an indoor pool, sauna, hot tub, front desk help, a community area in the foyer, and fitness room. Parking is available in the multi-level lot that includes a lighted, fenced-in tennis court on top. Phoenix on the Bay II is about 10 miles from the restaurants and shopping on State Highway 59. To the east of the complex is Perdido Grande and to the west is its sister location, Phoenix on the Bay.
