If your vacation belongings have a propeller and gunwale then The Moorings may have a condo for you. The condominium complex sits on the edge of the boat-friendly Terry Cove and multiple slips are available on a first come, first served basis. Built in 2005, The Moorings has a varied mix of luxury condos ranging from one bedroom to four bedrooms that are 800 square feet to 2,700 square feet in size. The 6-story building has 95 units. Condos have sizable kitchens with granite countertops and other upscale features in the condos include a wet bar. The same number of bathrooms are in each unit as there are bedrooms with the exception of two-bedroom units, which may have 2.5 bathrooms. Master bathrooms include a Jacuzzi tub. A private balcony looks out onto Terry Cove and may have views of Perdido Pass or the strip condos along the Gulf of Mexico. This depends on the location of the condo in the winged building.
Along Terry Cove is an outdoor, zero-entry pool that is heated in the winter. Other amenities include a hot tub, sizable deck area, sauna, steam room, common area with a kitchenette and exercise room. There is a two-car maximum in the gated, uncovered parking lot. The Moorings is about 10 miles east of Highway 59. To the east of The Moorings are marinas and tour agencies. To the west is Perdido Grande.
