Built in 2006, there are only 20 four-bedroom units in this five-story building on the shores of Terry Cove. Each unit has 4.5 bathrooms and those off the master bathroom with a jetted tub. Directly to the east of The Yacht Club are single-family homes and to the west are the Harbor Cove condos.
