With views of both the Gulf of Mexico and Little Lagoon, this condominium complex stands apart from many of its rivals. And standing at 18 stories in a neighborhood made up of mostly single-family units, these views of each are pretty much unobstructed. Sanibel is made up of 108 two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom units that range in size from 1,236 square feet to 2,544 square feet. Top-floor penthouse, four-bedroom units are a little larger with 2,780 square feet. Built in 2007, two-bedroom units have 2 or 2.5 bathrooms, three-bedroom units have three bathrooms, and four-bedroom units have four bathrooms. Condos feature comfortably-sized kitchens with granite countertops and living rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows that provide views of the Gulf of Mexico across the street. A private balcony also looks out onto the beach.

Sanibel is located just over 2.5 miles from the shopping and restaurant option on Highway 59. To the east and west of Sanibel are single-family vacation homes. The nearest tower of condominiums is the nine-story Seacrest condominiums located a little more than a mile away.
