Seacrest

Cozy and no frills are great ways to describe this beachfront condominium tower complex. Built in 1996, Seacrest has one-bedroom and two-bedroom units that range in size from about 600 square feet to 1,000 square feet. Each of the 97 condos in the 9-story building has the same number of bathrooms as bedrooms. Included is a pair of bunk beds in the entryway that allow for extra sleeping capacity. Modest-sized kitchens include all the items one expects in a modern kitchen and they were not originally built with granite countertops. The living room is part of the open floor plan, which leads to a private, covered balcony.

A decent-sized outdoor pool faces the sugar sands of the Gulf of Mexico and there is also a hot tub, spacious sun deck, and pathway to the beach. There is parking for two cars, maximum, in the uncovered, landscaped parking lot, which leads to a covered entrance. Seacrest is 1.5 miles from the intersection of Highway 59 and the many restaurant and dining options there. The condominium complex is a walk away from a grocery store, fish market and the West Beach Grill. For the most part, Seacrest is located among a mix of other condominium towers and vacation homes. To the east of Seacrest is Casa del Sol and to the west is the three-story Beach Front condominiums.
