    Come Experience Life at Sandpiper

This is what a basic condominium on the Gulf of Mexico looks like. Built in 1984, offers a no-frills opportunity to get your piece of the coast without shelling out a small fortune. This three-floor complex features 48 two-bedroom units that, unlike other newer complexes, stretch from north to south. Each of the condos also has a pair of bathrooms. The value of a condo is dependent on its proximity to the beach. The original condos did not include items like granite countertops, though all the features you might expect from a modern kitchen are there. Each unit opens up on to a continuous deck and the complex is served by an elevator.

Sandpiper is a two-building complex that comes together to form a courtyard. A modest outdoor pool, which is heated in the cooler months, is found within the courtyard near the sugar sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Found further in toward the juncture of the two buildings is a barbecue area as well as a fair amount of landscaping. Covered and uncovered parking is available and the complex has a one-car maximum per unit. Sandpiper is 1.5 miles west from the intersection of Highway 59 and the many restaurant and shopping options there. It is also a short walk away from West Beach stores like Waves. To the east of Sandpiper is 8-story Caribbean Condominiums and to the west is smaller three-floor Spyglass condominiums.
