This sizable complex has all the features you might want from a condominium in Orange Beach. Phoenix East has a great beach-front location, views of Perdido Pass -- and it’s close to everything, from shopping to restaurants to nightlife. There are 123 units in this 14-story complex, built in 1996, and the units range in size from about 800 square feet to 1,500 square feet. One-bedroom condos have one bathroom and two-bedroom and three-bedroom condos have two bathrooms. Kitchens are moderate in size and have all the features you might expect. Floor-to-ceiling windows lead to a private balcony that provides fantastic views of the Gulf of Mexico. Wifi is available in the complex as are washer/dryer hookups. The complex is served by elevators.

A beach-side pool looks out onto the sugar-sand beaches and a bridge over the waters leads to a boardwalk to beach. A Splash Pad is also available. Other amenities include a barbecue area, a pair of tennis courts, a spacious sun deck, and basketball net. Inside there is another pool, a hot tub, sauna, racquetball court, and exercise room. To the east of Phoenix East is its sister complex, Phoenix East II. To the west is the Phoenix VII Condominiums.
