Phoenix VIII

If neighboring Phoenix condos have what you want in a beachfront home but are a little too large, you may like Phoenix VIII. This smaller condominium complex, part of a network of Phoenix condos in this section of Alabama Point Beach, offers the same condo designs in a cozier building size. The 81 units in this 14-story complex, built in 2000, contains one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units that range in size from 800 square feet to 1,500 square feet in size. One-bedroom units have a single bathroom while larger units have a pair of bathrooms. Balconies look out onto the beautiful sugar-sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and views of Perdido Pass. Three-bedroom units have an additional balcony off the master bedroom on the north side. Kitchens may have granite countertops, depending on renovations, and floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room offer fantastic beach views. Washer/dryer hookups are available as is on-site staff and security. Each room has wifi and wireless connections are also available in the lobbies.

An outdoor pool includes a fountain, and a kiddie pool is available as is a boardwalk to the sugar-sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Other amenities include barbecue grills, gazebos, hot tubs, saunas, racquetball, a fitness room, two lighted tennis courts, a half-court basketball court, and limited parking. There is a one-car limit for single-bedroom units while larger units have a two-car limit. Phoenix VII is nearby convenience shopping and down the road to the San Roc Cay shopping center. To the east of this complex is Perdido Dunes and to the west is Phoenix VII.
