Phoenix V

This complex is the fifth of five Phoenix properties located in this tightly developed area of Romar Beach. Like its nearby sister complexes, Phoenix V has one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units with one-bedroom units containing a single bathroom and two-bedroom and three-bedroom units fitted with a pair of bathrooms. The 247 units in the complex, built in 1997, range in size from 800 square feet to 1,400 square feet. One-bedroom and two bedroom units have a private balcony off the living room looking on to the sugar-sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Three-bedroom units have a pair of wraparound balconies, one off the living room and another off the master bedroom. Comfortably-sized kitchens have granite countertops, tall windows in the living room provide fantastic beach views, and units come with wifi. Washer/dryer hookups are available as is a full-time staff and security.

This complex is packed with amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, saunas, a kiddie pool, a splash pad water park, racquetball courts, a fitness room, a half-court basketball court, a lighted tennis court, gazebos, an area for barbecuing, and a free wireless connection in the lobby. A one-car limit is in place for single-bedroom units while larger units have a two-car limit. Phoenix V is about five miles from the restaurants and shopping options on State Route 59. Directly east of the complex is Gulf State Park, Romar Beach access, and to the west are the Romar House condos. The nearest condo complex to the east, the Seaside Beach and Racquetball Club, is two doors down.
