Spacious Living in the Heart of Orange Beach

>Emerald Key provides spread-out, spacious condos in the heart of Orange Beach. On one end you’ll find tranquil ocean-side views and plenty of beach to lay out, on the other are all the restaurants and stores you might need to make your stay as convenient as possible. This condominium complex has 18 units over six floors, making it one of the more low-density properties along Orange Beach. Sizable three-bedroom units are between 1,300 square feet and 1,600 square feet and each have two bathrooms. The units contain 10-foot by 14-foot master bedrooms that have a walk-in closet and access to a bathroom with a garden-style bath. Smaller bedrooms are 11 feet by 14 feet and the living area is 16 feet by 18 feet. Tiled porches wrap around the building, proving each unit with private views of the Gulf. There are also windows that allow views of action across the street. Units in this complex, built in 1997, are aimed to sleep eight comfortably.

Emerald Key Amenities

An outdoor pool, with a cascade of water coming off the southern wall, faces the beach. A boardwalk from the building’s east side leads to the Gulf. There is also a common barbecue area, an exercise room, and an elevator. Gated parking is on a first come, first served basis though there is a space for each unit in this landscaped condominium complex. Directly to the west, of Emerald Key, you will find Silver Beach condominium complex. 

Emerald Key is just across the street from grocery and department stores as well as a number of restaurants. Other area attractions include nearby Adventure Island, and Gulf State Park. Also, an array of ocean-related adventures from parasailing to deep-sea fishing to dolphin watches is available. Orange Beach municipal services provide items like schooling, trash, and water.
