A big advantage of Silver Beach is its proximity not only to the beach but also to a myriad of shopping choices. Built in 1995, this beachside condominium complex has 47 units that have either two or three bedrooms. Units in this 8-story midrise range in size from about 800 square feet to 1,100 square feet and have either two, 2.5, or three bathrooms. Cozy kitchens were not originally built with granite countertops but may have them depending on renovation efforts. The living room is part of an open floor plan that leads to a private balcony with a glass-tempered rail. Internet access is available in the building and the complex is served by a pair of elevators.

A generously-sized pool and equally large sun deck face the sugar-sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. A boardwalk leads to the beach and there is a two-car maximum in the lightly landscaped parking lot. Across the street from Silver Beach is a shopping center with more than one grocery store, a number of eating options, and a pharmacy -- placing this condominium complex right in the mix of the action. Silver Beach is about 6 miles from the Highway 59 intersection and little more than 4.5 miles from the Florida border. In this area of the beach, the Silver Beach is among a number of condominium complexes. To the east is Emerald Key and to the west is The Enclave.
