This ocean-front complex sits at the beginning of the action in Orange Beach. Across the street are a number of retail locations and about two miles east is Perdido Pass where there are more recreational attractions and restaurants. This is one of the earlier condominium complexes in the area, built in 1982. The eight-story building is made up of 34 two-bedroom condos that are 1,200 square feet in size.
