    Come Experience Life at Summerchase

All the amenities you’d expect at a high-rise condominium complex can be found here and one thing you don’t expect – room to breathe! The 13-story Summerchase, built in 1987, is a secluded structure with nothing surrounding it but sugar-sand beaches. The Hampton Inn, its nearest neighbor, is more than a quarter mile to the west. This complex is made up of 94 units with either two, three, or four bedrooms. They range in size from 1,100 square feet to 2,720 square feet. Two-bedroom and three-bedroom units have a pair of bathrooms while four-bedroom units have four bathrooms. Sizable kitchens were not originally designed with granite countertops, but many have them after renovations. An open floor plan allows for an airy feel leading to a private balcony, some units have a Jacuzzi tub and all the condos include a wet bar. The balcony can also be accessed through the master bedroom and there is room for a stackable washer and dryer. Wifi is found in the common areas and the complex is served by a pair of elevators.

Inside Summerchase is a fitness room, sauna, steam room, an indoor pool and a hot tub. Outside are a pool, children’s pool, barbecue area, boardwalk to the beach, gazebo and a raised tennis court. There is a two-car maximum in the parking lot and the complex is across the street from several retail and restaurant options on and around Highway 161. Directly to the east is parking and a beach area. Directly to the west is undeveloped land.
