Phoenix IX

If being on the sugar-sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico doesn’t give you enough of a water view, then consider Phoenix IX. This upscale condominium complex has rooms that also face Ole River and Ono Island in addition to beachfront condos. One-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units make up this 13-story complex. The 100 condos range in size from more than 1,300 square feet to 2,400 square feet and one-bedroom units have two bathrooms and loft area. Two-bedroom units have 2.5 bathrooms while three-bedroom units have three bathrooms. Master bathrooms include a Whirlpool tub and separate shower. Sizable kitchens may feature granite countertops and are part of an open floor plan that leads to the living room. A private balcony provides views of Ole River or the Gulf of Mexico and each unit has a washer/dryer hookup. The complex is a wifi hotspot and there is Internet access in the common areas. Full time, on-site staff is available, as is security.

The first five floors of Phoenix IX are dedicated to parking, of which there is enough for each condo. An outdoor pool faces the Gulf of Mexico and a kiddie pool is available as well as a boardwalk to the beach. An indoor pool and hot tub on the seventh floor look out onto Ole River and Ono Island. A climate-controlled tennis court is on the 12th floor and also looks out onto Ole River and Ono Island. Other amenities at the complex include a barbecue area and exercise room. Located a short walk away from the Florida border, to the east of Phoenix IX is Perdido Place and to the west is a single-family home. Two doors away to the east is the Regency Isle.
