Phoenix III

This complex is one of four condos sporting the Phoenix name in this area of Perdido Beach. It is very similar to its neighboring Phoenix condos in that it has one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units that range in size from 600 square feet to 1,400 square feet. The building, constructed in 1993, is 14 stories with 123 units. One-bedroom units have a single bathroom and two-bedroom and three-bedroom units each have a pair of bathrooms. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room lead to a private, covered balcony that looks onto the sugar-sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Moderately-sized kitchen has all the expected features of a condo and may have granite countertops depending on renovation projects. Phoenix III is served by an elevator and has complex-wide wifi hotspots as well as Internet access in the lobby. Washer/dryer hookups are available as is an onsite staff and security.

An outdoor, beachside pool includes a children’s area and a nearby gazebo. An indoor pool and hot tub are also available. Other amenities include a pair of lighted tennis courts, indoor racquetball courts, a sauna, a barbecue area, and an exercise room. There is a one-car maximum in the parking lot for one-bedroom units and a two-car maximum for condos with two bedrooms or three bedrooms. The complex is nearly five miles from State Highway 59 and about 3.5 miles from Perdido Pass. Phoenix III is a short drive from the majority of restaurant and shopping options, but it is located across the street from Wintzell’s Oyster House. To the east of Phoenix III is the Phoenix IV complex and to the west is Phoenix II.
