As the name implies, this comfortable condominium complex is on the banks of Ole River. However, what the name doesn’t tell you is that Ole River Condominiums is close to the Gulf of Mexico as well – a trip across the street in fact. Located on a skinny strip of East Orange Beach, the condo location allows access to both the gulf and a Gulf coast-style river. The complex, built in 1983, contains one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units that are between 600 square feet and nearly 1,500 square feet. The number of bathrooms per unit vary, some having the same number as they do bedrooms and some less. The 68 units in this two-story complex have modest kitchens, washer/dryer hook-ups, a pair of elevators, and private balconies. This three-sided structure wraps around a courtyard and some units provide limited views of the Gulf of Mexico while others look directly out onto Ole River.

Ole River Condominiums have a pair of outdoor pools, a tennis court, a barbecue pit looking out onto Ole River, and deeded beach access across Perdido Beach Boulevard. First come, first served boat slips are available along Ole River as well as a pavilion. An assigned covered parking lot and some uncovered parking is available to tenants. The complex is a little less than a mile from the Florida border. To the east of Ole River Condominiums is Dolphin Harbor condominiums and to the west is Lei Lani condominiums.
