A large, zero-entry pool is shared by Ocean House I and Ocean House II and an outdoor shower, barbecue area, gazebo, hot tub, and bathroom near the pool area. A private boardwalk leads to the emerald sands of the Gulf of Mexico. A maximum of two cars can be left in the manicured parking lot and there may be a fee. The lot does lead to a covered entrance and the stucco façade does give the Ocean House I a nice impression. To the east of Ocean House I is its sister complex Ocean House II and to the west is Surfside Shores II.
