Lagoon Tower

Luxury living close to Little Lagoon and the sugar sand of West Beach is what Lagoon Tower offers. The majority of this 18-floor condominium includes a pair of three-bedroom units per floor. Exclusive upper levels have one unit per floor and are a bit larger. Most of the condos in Lagoon Tower are made up of three-bedroom units that are a little more than 1,850 square feet. All units have 3 bathrooms, although some contain extra half baths, and master bathrooms have a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Units contain floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room area and master bedroom, providing spectacular views of Little Lagoon or the Gulf of Mexico, depending on the condo’s location. An open floor plan only enhances those views. Washer/dryer hookups are available in each unit as are many other luxury treatments, including granite countertops. These condos also have private balconies and are served by two elevators.

Lagoon Tower includes a modest indoor pool and hot tub as well as fitness room. An outdoor pool looks out onto Little Lagoon and a pier is located on the property, which features a limited number of first-come, first-served boating slips. Deeded beach access is across the street in an area with single-family homes. Parking is available for a fee and there is a two-car maximum. Lagoon Tower is about 3.5 miles down the road from State Route 59. Located to the east of Lagoon Tower is the Bel Sol condominium complex and the Laguna Bella complex is to the west.
