This low-density condominium complex looks directly onto Little Lagoon, but its West Beach location is close enough to the Gulf of Mexico to provide wonderful views. This three-story, 24-unit complex features one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four bedroom units and is across the street from the sugar sand beaches. Unit sizes range from over 570 square feet for a smaller unit to about 1,300 square feet in this long and skinny complex. Each condo in the complex, built in 1984, has the same number of bathrooms as bedrooms. An open-floor plan includes the living room, dining room, and comfortable kitchen with access to a private balcony that, depending on the unit’s location, looks out onto the lagoon or the shores of the Gulf. Washer/dryer hook-ups are available and the complex is served by an elevator.

A pool among the landscaped complex grounds faces Little Lagoon and there is a gazebo and barbecue area. A pier includes a limited number of boat slips, a covered area for cleaning fish, and a boat ramp is available. Lagoon Landing includes both covered and uncovered parking but RVs and boat trailers are prohibited. There is a two-car maximum. The complex is about three miles from the intersection of State Highway 59 and the many shopping and restaurant options there. To the east of Lagoon Landing are single-family and multi-family homes and to the west is the Lagoon Run condominiums.
