If your nine iron and beach towel share space in your car, then Kiva Lodge may be just the destination you have in mind. One of two condominium complexes in the Kiva Dunes golf resort, Kiva Lodge offers upscale condos set amongst what is arguably one of the best golf courses in Alabama. And, the sugar sands of the Gulf of Mexico are right there, too. Mixed in with numerous single-family homes with values of more than a million dollars, the sought-after condominiums at Kiva Lodge can be two-bedroom, three-bedroom, or four-bedroom facilities with a matching number of bathrooms. Units are more spacious than the average condo on the Gulf Shores at nearly 1,000 square feet for a two-bedroom unit, more than 1,400 for a three-bedroom unit, and nearly 2,000 feet for a four-bedroom unit. Each has all the fineries of luxurious living, from granite countertops to built-in convection ovens, to floor-to-ceiling glass leading to the balconies looking out on to the gulf course.

Kiva Lodge is located close to the greens of the Kiva Dunes golf resort and looks onto a lake. The condos are a little far from the shore, which is closer to the many single-family homes on the property. However, one of three pools at Kiva Dunes is located at the Kiva Lodge. There are dining facilities at the condo complex as well as a health club. The resort is about 15 minutes away from the main Gulf Shores shopping area. Directly next door to Kiva Lodge is the Kiva Village condo complex.
