Cozy Beachfront Living at Emerald Skye

Consider Emerald Skye a condo complex for those looking to kick off their shoes. As soon as you park, you walk to a building that basically rises from the sand. This 36-unit, centrally-located, Emerald Skye has all the amenities you’ve come to expect from a Gulf side condominium complex, from a fully-functional kitchen to laundry hook-ups. The location on the Gulf of Mexico is amazing with equally incredible views and ocean fun. A little on the older side, the one-bedroom are modest in size at about 760 square feet. The units have a bathroom and enough space to sleep six. This includes a pair of bunk beds built into the hallway. Each unit has a balcony overlooking the Gulf, which are the perfect place to view sunrises.

Emerald Skye Amenities

There is a modest outdoor pool that’s heated in the cooler months as well as a barbecue area looking out on to the beach. A boardwalk from the eastern side of the 6-floor complex leads to the pristine sands. Other building amenities include an exercise room, an elevator and wifi. One parking spot is allocated for guests while other vehicles need to be parked in public parking spaces.

Emerald Skye is centrally located with access to nearby restaurants, a public boat launch, and numerous outdoor activities. Included is a nearby grocery, pharmacy, and the Cotton Restaurant is located across the street. The condominium complex is also about two miles away from the Florida border. While it has a neighboring condominium complex to it's east, Four Seasons, the west side of Emerald Skye are open lots creating a non-disruptive Gulf Beach view. The complex is served by the Gulf Shore schools as well as city services from water to trash pick-up. There is a home owner’s association and fees cover the basics including trash, insurance, and upkeep.
