Bayview Condos Real Estate

Bayview condominiums are a surf and turf complex catering to owners that want seafaring options with their trip to Gulf Shores. The complex, built in 1995, sits on the eastern edge of Wolf Bay and includes a handful of boat slips for Bayview visitors. There is room for boat storage as well as a boat launch. The complex includes 88 two-story units grouped in rows of three. There are a small number of three-bedroom units with the remainder being two-bedroom units. Units are a comfortable 1,100 square feet and 1,600 square feet, respectably. However, some units are smaller at just about 850 square feet. A patio extends from the living room and units include all the amenities you might expect from a modern condominium complex, such as laundry hook-ups, a full kitchen, and full baths.

Local Amenities

Units are raised to allow for covered parking of boat trailers, which is allowable on a first-come, first-served basis. There are other spaces spread throughout the complex grounds. Twelve boat slips of varying size are available and they too are available on first-come, first-served basis. The water depth is about four feet and the pier leading to the slips is a pleasant place to throw in a line and catch dinner. In addition, there is an outdoor pool, a tennis court, and boat storage area toward the front of the complex.

Home owner’s association fees include items like upkeep of the grounds and boat slips. Bayview is close to numerous eating establishments, hardware stores, and a cruise line that provide tours and dolphin-watch excursions. Down the road is the Orange Beach Sports Complex, which includes 9 baseball fields as well as fields for soccer and other sports. The area is served by the Orange Beach municipality as well as Baldwin County schools.
